A great team has been put together to inform, entertain and inspire our guests with the latest news and developments on Healthy Eating, Fitness and how to look good in leisure apparel (nutrition: fads/diets/ cooking; fitness: classes/techniques/practitioners; style: beauty/gym looks/every day style by Josie Smith). Growing your confidence and overcoming fears and phobias by radio presenter Gina McKie. Timeless Candles by Liana Mullen - scent is the most powerful and emotive senses – how to appreciate time and how scent enhances all aspects of daily life.  Finishing off with Guest Speaker Edward Reid who shot to fame on Britain’s Got Talent in 2011 - now specialising in Mindfulness he will make you laugh yourself into a Pure State by using music and song whilst sharing techniques and tools to help you everyday feeling centred, focused and energised.

15:00 and 16:00 - Wine Tour in The Gleneagles Cellar

Please sign up for a chance to explore The Gleneagles Cellars with the Head Sommelier. This atmospheric room is heaven for lovers of fine wines and spirits. It was here that the hotel received its wines by rail from all over Europe - and you can still see those original railway bays, artefacts and archive material from throughout the hotel’s history.
